Making Film Productions Hong Kong Company Logo

I was commissioned by the Hong Kong film company "Making Film Productions" to produce two wall plaques of their company logo. I also was asked to design a background for the logo to sit on. They wanted the final plaques to look like ancient bronze artifacts. This is the process from start to finish.................

So, with the sculpture approved by the client in Hong Kong it was now time to mould it & cast it in resin with bronze filler.............

With the sculpture reproduced in resin it was then waxed & buffed to start bringing out the bronze of the filler powder......

Verdigris & aging effects were slowly added..........

And then the whole thing was given good battering to lose all the sharp edges & add more weathering, texturing & aging to make it look truly ancient....

And obviously the whole process was done twice as they wanted two....
